Employment Relations Amendment Bill (No. 2)

NARGON supports the general thrust of this bill which will allow employers in the retail grocery industry a greater degree of flexibility in the management of their businesses.

However, NARGON has concerns about aspects of the proposed legislation that if left unamended, could be a likely source of difficulty for the future.
