The Annual General Meeting considers the annual report and financial statements of NARGON for the year just ended, appoint the auditor for the new financial year and appoint members of the NARGON Board. If you are a voting member of NARGON, you can use the provided nomination form to nominate a NARGON Board member.
If you wish to nominate a Board member, or be nominated yourself, you must do so on that form and your nomination must be received in the NARGON office by the date set for that years AGM
Board members will be elected at the Annual General Meeting so if you wish to nominate someone to vote on your behalf, please download a proxy form or contact NARGON for a copy to faxed or posted to you.
